Ancient Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan, Hindu and more in Asian antiques. Ancient beads, seeds, bracelets and pebbles used as a medium of exchange in the early days around 200 - 300 BC, have been discovered in Thailand, including old Roman copper coins dating back to 270 BC.

Removed from a house in east Dallas about to be demolished, these four colorful hand-painted tiles portray advertising slogans and characters from the 1950's. Each measures about 4". The "space" tile has a scratch across the front, but overall the tiles are in good condition and are a great set of midcentury Americana.

Even though the venerable Route 66 gets most of the press, don't think there's not other highways itching to tell their story. Enter U.S. 80 and it's marathon yard sale this weekend.
